Join us for this informative class with Scott Peterson, General Counsel for the Colorado Association of REALTORS. Scott will focus on the top ten real estate legal issues that affect you as a Broker. Class offers 2 CE credits.

Secret Agent Man – Establishing a Proper Brokerage Relationship
Somebody’s Watching Me! – Cameras in Real Estate
Knowing the Nuances of the Market – Geographic Competency 
Adapting to Change – Use of Technology in Real Estate

Class is immediately preceded by the Managing Brokers' Meeting (see classes & events calendar to register for that meeting if you are a Managing or Owner Broker). This class will start at 10:15 a.m.

This class is FREE for VBR Realtor® & Affiliate members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.
