This course is designed to assist real estate professionals in developing the market expertise and savvy customer service skills necessary for success in the luxury home market. The focus is on providing you with a strategy for breaking into the luxury market and valuable tools to successfully differentiate your business and compete. From the 7 step process to breaking into the luxury niche to a review of advanced negotiation tactics common to the luxury market, the CRS instructor will help you set your business apart.

This class is FREE for VBR Realtor® members. $140 for CRS/RRC members who are not VBR members. $150 for all others.

Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" of $25 for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class. Non-members MUST cancel within five (5) business days of class for a full refund.

COVID
If you feel unwell or sick, please stay home and do not attend.  Masks are optional in the classroom. If you choose not to wear a mask, please be mindful of those who do.  At this time, the VBR is limiting our in-person class sizes for safety.
