Managing & Owner Brokers, please join us for this special meeting and presentation with Marcia Waters, Real Estate Division Director for the Dept. of Regulatory Agencies.  Times below are approximate.

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast served
8:30 a.m. - Fraud prevention presentation with sponsor Land Title Guarantee.
8:40 a.m. - Update from VBR, VMLS, VBRF.
8:50 a.m. - Presentation with Marcia Waters, Director of Division of Real Estate.
9:45 a.m. - Meeting wrap up
10:00 a.m. - Procuring Cause with Connie Tremblay (registration info below)

FYI: Designated Realtors® (Managing or Owner Brokers) are REQUIRED to complete Procuring Cause training once within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle is January 1, 2020 and will end Dec. 31, 2022.
