Join Tod Franklin for this 3 hour class covering each of the 29 Colorado Real Estate Commission Position Statements. Many Brokers have never read these statements. 

Why are they important? These articles tell us what to do, how to do it, and why we need to do it. Each article covers a subject, such as "resolving inspections," "property management procedures," "handling escrow accounts," or "how to transfer a listing."

This information is VERY valuable because the organization that holds our license is spelling out how to do these things.....This class is HIGHLY recommended for all levels of experience. This class is the first ever with this content.

The Division of Real Estate determined that the Commission’s existing position statements didn’t reconcile with today’s real estate market or provide relevant practice guidance. Some statements were combined, split into separate position statements, or were repealed. The Commission adopted recodified position statements CP 2 through CP 29.

Realtors earn 3 CE for attending. Course instructor is Tod Franklin.

*This class will be hosted on-site (Limited classroom depending on COVID restrictions).
