Succession Planning: Building, Valuing, and Selling Your Business

Course offers 8 Vail Pro Designation credits. Any CE credits with the state are pending.

Learn how to get the most for the business you built through a process-oriented sequence that helps you develop a strong business and succession/retirement plan. Your instructor, Chandra Hall, will cover techniques to help you perform a careful analysis of the market, valuation of your business, review of the appropriate selling strategies that can include a long-term referral stream.

This class will be hosted on-site (Limited classroom depending on COVID restrictions).  Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted.

This class is FREE for VBR members. Members will be charged $0 when registering but will be charged a "no-show fee" for the full class amount if they do not cancel the registration prior to class.

REGISTRATION/ CANCELLATIONS 
Please provide us with cancellations within 24-hours of the class starting time.

Registration for classes is highly recommended as a minimum number of students are required to cost-justify each class.  VBR strives to provide quality instructors to ensure memorable learning experiences.  Registration is required prior to entering the classroom. 

COVID
If you feel unwell or sick, please stay home and do not attend.  Masks are highly encouraged if not vaccinated, but not required. At this time, the VBR is limiting our class sizes for safety.
