You're invited to VBR's General Membership Meeting on Thursday, April 4. 

The morning includes a breakfast buffet, Affiliate Expo, prizes, and a special presentation with 'The Maverick Motivator,' Monica Neubauer. Hear the latest updates from the VBR, VMLS and VBR Foundation Boards.

Special presentation with Monica Neubauer: AI Communication: Tech and Humanity to Improve Customer Service
AI is a business tool we'll all be implementing. The future is now. Lean into curiosity.  Are we implementing AI in ways that improve our workload, and improve our customer’s experience in the transaction? Use it or not, remember, our humanity is the best quality we bring to a transaction. AI should be used to improve communication, not replace it.  Agents need to know when using AI is useful and when it may be creating something wrong, illegal, or unethical. All communication, in every form, is the responsibility of the agent. This session covers the fantastic benefits of using AI while reminding us of the importance of our humanity.  

Schedule (times are approximate and may change):

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast served. Affiliate Expo starts.
9:00 to 9:10 a.m. - Sponsor Presentation
9:10 to 10:00 a.m. - Board of Directors' Updates
10:00 to 11:00 a.m. - Special presenter
11:00 to 11:10 a.m. - Event wrap-up and prize drawings
11:00 to 12:00 p.m. - Stick around for a *special one hour AI application workshop to show how ChatGPT and Canva work together to help you reduce your workload. This ends at 12:00 p.m.

*To fully participate, have ChatGPT loaded on your phone before the event. It won't let multiple people register on one web API. Stay and practice - or watch and see how easy it is to use to help you brainstorm and produce documents easier than you do it now.
