DESCRIPTION:This course meets the NEW Fair Housing/ Anti Bias Training requirement for REALTORS and Appraisers with the National Association of REALTORS . This is a 2 hour/2 CE credit class. The 3-year cycle is January 1\, 2025 - December 31\, 2027.During this very interactive class\, delve into critical fair housing issues and the best ethical practices as a Broker. You'll also hear best practices in fair housing marketing\; tactics to interrupt implicit bias\; and how to stand up for clients when they face discrimination. Per DORA regulations\, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.Colorado Brokers earn 2 CE for attending. Course instructor is Connie Tremblay.This class will be hosted on-site.
