When resolving inspections what do we disclose to the lender? What is the best way to amend the contract? Does the lender see the Inspection Resolution?  We take a case study and look at best practices for resolving inspection issues. This is a hands-on class giving you good approaches for contract resolution, including dates and clauses that can help keep the transaction alive!
