Due Diligence: "We're Under Contract. Now What?"

Description

Instructor John Gillam will walk you through the different areas of due diligence a broker should be advising on that are laid out in a purchase contract, including Title, Appraisal, Septic, Water Rights, Inspection.

Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.
