Description

Taught by John Gillam, this 3 hour class meets the Code of Ethics requirement for REALTORS® and Appraisers.  Ethics must be completed once every three years. The current cycle is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.

**This class will be hosted on-site in the VBR classroom.

 Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit.  Colorado Brokers can earn 3 credits.
